Overall: This is definitely one of my favorite french hip hop songs, partly because French just sounds good. The lyrics are pretty nicely put together, with some nice rap verses such as “In the fools Paradise , we’re all lost/ Between Good & Evil , we’re mixed up/ Looking for the matching soul to run away from sorrow/ Believing we’re in love to forget it in 15 minutes/ That’s gangsta love at its best.” The music isn’t extremely complex, but that’s the case for most rap songs and I think what they did worked well. I love the vocals to the song - K-Maro does an awesome job with the French rap - right on target for the emotions and everything. I love the choice to include Shy’m - she has a beautiful voice and really complements the rap well. I love her solo verse near the end, it’s just awesome. 8.5/10

Overall: The music video fit the story well with the backdrop of K-Maro with Ms. Gorgeous. He’s doing a deal with this underground Mafia dude, but is shocked to find his girlfriend taken hostage. He give sup the money and all, but he’s the one who had everything planned with a nice explosion at the end. Clever, well-done and love the interwining of singing/rapping scenes. Just a well done video. 4.5/5
